Hampstead Train Station

 The Hampstead Train Station was built in 1912 and served as a combination passenger/freight office.  The rail line ran from Baltimore through Hampstead to Lineboro then eventually to Gettysburg.  The Hampstead Train Station Committee began restoring the building in 1998 and re-opened it as a museum in 2006.
